Directional fees for repositioning a container from its origin port to a booking POR

How relocation pricing works

Fees are directional. Moving a box into a deficit market costs the trucker (e.g. Savannah → Memphis $400). The reverse repositions equipment the carrier needs, so the carrier pays the trucker (negative fee). Same-region reuse is a flat $30 baseline. Edits here flow straight through to trucker quotes.
